Required:Prospective candidates must have proficiency in one or more of the following skillsets / technologies:• Apache NiFi / Dataflow Support: Basic understanding of Apache NiFi or willingness to learn NiFi dataflows, processors, queues, controller services, bulletins, and flow monitoring.• Customer Onboarding / Coordination: Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to track multiple customers, requirements, action items, blockers, and milestones.• Health and Status Monitoring: Experience or familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, CloudWatch, NiFi dashboards, or similar operational status tools.• Technical Support: Basic Linux familiarity, strong technical aptitude, and willingness to learn application support, data engineering, cloud operations, and production troubleshooting.    

Desired:• Prior exposure to Apache NiFi, Cribl, Kafka, Logstash, or similar dataflow / pipeline tools.• Experience supporting customer onboarding, system integration, ticket tracking, help desk, or production support operations.• Familiarity with AWS, EC2, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, Python, Bash, Groovy, or similar technical tools.
