Team Lead / Storage Engineer

Annapolis Junction, MD
MANDATORY SKILLS: Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team.
Proven skills in data storage administration.
Experience implementing high-availability storage solutions used to manage and protect mission-critical data.
In-depth administration, and performance management for NetApp data storage controllers running the ONTAP operating system in NFS and Windows (CIFS) multiprotocol environments.
Experience with CommVault Backup design, installation, configuration, and administration. Other backup storage solution knowledge such as TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) Netbackup and EMC Avamar is acceptable.
Experience with deploying a SAN storage solutions for Windows, Linux, Oracle, MySQL and MSSQL Database Cluster systems.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Desired Experience with the following:
NETAPP Active IQ Unified Manager software
Brocade Switches and Brocade Network Advisor software
Tape Libraries
VMware vSphere/vCenter
MS SQL cluster servers
Windows and Linux servers
AWS EFS and other cloud storage technologies
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
