Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Five (5) years of experience planning and managing training development for large
programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and
seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans,
courses, and materials of a technical nature. Bachelors Degree in Communications Engineering,
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics,
Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Masters Degree may be substituted for two
years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelors
degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
