Language Technologist 2

Annapolis Junction, MD

MANDATORY SKILLS: Sourcing for Language Technologist 2 (LT2) and Language Technologist 3 (LT3) linguist positions.
Chinese experience is required to qualify for the positions that are currently funded.
Shall have seven (7) years of experience working in the target language; four (4) years of experience in lexicography; Level 2+ language skills or equivalent in at least one foreign language. Shall have language-specific knowledge of morphology, syntax and grammar and at least four (4) year of experience applying this knowledge to create and improve models. Shall have strong analytic skills and demonstrated experience using information technology. Shall have a solid background in English grammar and excellent oral and written communication skills.Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics, computer science, or a language is required. CCAs accepted.
A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required for this role.
