CTS requires a PM-Mid to support all efforts related to planning, project management, and resource allocation management to implement Strategic I.T. Initiatives, as defined by the Government. The Candidate will track project status by updating Project Schedules, tracking the progress of assigned work, and communicating with the relevant customer base for each project. The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of activities required to achieve the defined Strategic objectives. The contractor shall provide recommendations to the Government to improve or implement processes to achieve the Strategic Initiatives defined by the Government. The candidate will identify, initiate, and drive to closure additional key initiatives necessary for the team to run as an effective infrastructure organization. The candidate will provide periodic status updates to the leadership team, the periodicity and format shall be defined by the government. The candidate will identify and document any impediments that may affect the process of a project supporting the Strategic Initiatives defined by the Government.

MANDATORY SKILLS: 1) Candidate must currently hold a Top Secret Security Clearance w/SSBI and SCI access
2) Candidate must have the PMP Certification
3) Candidate must have 8 years of experience with Project Management in I.T. Infrastructure and Operations environments. Candidate must have experience with I.T. specific project management; to include: gathering requirements, developing plans, presentation, resource management, and Operations management. Must have PMP certification and must have experience supporting the sustainment of an operations environment
4) Four (4) years managing ( ) or Department of Defense (DoD)-sponsored task order contracts.
5) Candidate must have hands on experience with the customer's information technology stack

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Experience planning/installing IT infrastructure
Experience supporting the sustainment of an Operations environment
Experience supporting integration operations
Security+ Certification
