Experience with Agile software development.
Highly effective in communicating across multiple teams, presenting technical concepts and status, and getting teams to collaborate.
Experience preparing and formatting slides and meeting notes for technical discussions, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Program Review (QPR) briefing packages.
Self-starter with experience working within a dynamic multi-task, multi-suspense environment across organizations and at all levels within an organization
Shall develop and maintain organizationally approved configuration management plans (CMP) and governance board charters, provide configuration control board secretariat services to support governance boards, ensure requests for changes are processed based upon CM procedures, support governance boards throughout the entire life cycle of the products. Maintain, update and distributed baseline documentation in accordance with approved CMPs, maintain RFC implementation documentation, provide CM process direction and support concerning CM and data management requirements.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Bachelors degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree
