The requested candidate will be responsible for creating research plans, executing research, summarizing and presenting findings to User Experience teammates, business partners and other stakeholders. The right candidate will work across different types of quantitative and qualitative user research, including surveys, usability testing, contextual inquiry, card sorting, expert (heuristic) reviews, iterative testing, etc. and be able to balance working on various projects on both the online and mobile client experience. The candidate will collaborate with interaction designers, visual designers, and prototype developers on the UX team to plan and execute research that will ultimately inform design and ensure an intuitive customer experience. A strong candidate is expected to be knowledgeable about best practices in design and usability, will work with online and mobile usability research as well as usability testing tools, techniques and methodologies.



OPTIONAL SKILLS: 1. Degree in usability engineering, HCI or related field.
2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with mobile and web usability research skills.
3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience communicating effectively with all levels of associates and management within the organization.
4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with process management skills; dedication to detail and deadlines.
5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience adjust to changing priorities.
