Provided assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems on program.
Provided support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. on program.
Provided Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diag-nosis and resolution of problems on program.
Provided support for the escalation and communication of status to agency man-agement and internal customers on program.
Optimized system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning on program.

MANDATORY SKILLS: (U) Meets the requirement for 5 years of experience as an SA on programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university. Five years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
Has experience administering, installing, and supporting signals processing applications or technologies in a Linux environment.
Has a certification: A+, Network +, Security +, CCNA-Security, SSCP, or CISSP.
