1) Business Case Assessment / Needs Assessment
a. Assess current situation
b. Review Solicitation Scope/Requirements
c. Identify major risks
d. Conduct high level planning and initial project governance set up.
2) Business Process Improvement
a. Process mapping
b. Project and business process goals
c. Define new process
3) Requirements and RFP Development
a. Review requirements
4) Assistance with Vendor Selection (proposal assessment, demos, etc.)
a. Review proposals
b. Advise evaluation team selection process
c. Develop demo scripts
d. Facilitate demos
5) Contract Negotiations
a. Advise contract negotiations
b. Review statement of work and any necessary service level agreements
6) Implementation Transition
a. Help develop project plan for implementation
b. Help transition to implementation
7) Implementation Advisory Services (if necessary)
a. Contract compliance
b. Issue resolution
c. Best practice review
d. Project management
e. “Other” as needed.

a) Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration required, Master’s Degree
b) Ten (10) years' experience in Information Technology Financial System installation and
implementation – Required; and
c) K-12 Public School System Financial System install/implementation experience or similar –
