The Client organization is seeking an IT Project Manager to support a number of transformational efforts related to the Human Resources business area. The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following core functions software development full lifecycle activities to include definition of scope, development of schedules, resource planning, risk identification and mitigation, communication with customers and project team members, and oversight of the change management process. This individual will lead a team of multidisciplined technical and process improvement members with the responsibility of delivering high quality capabilities.
MANDATORY Certifications: 1. Project Management Professional (PMP). Requires ITIL v3 Foundation Certification; 2. Certified Scrum Master.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: 1. Demonstrated on-the-job with (or exposure to) the Client's security reporting processes.
2. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
3. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
