Overall Assignment Description:
Provide communication support to the HD Front Office. The individuals will be matrixed to the HD Front Office.
Duties include:
Developing messages for potentially the entire workforce.
Crafting senior messages and talking points for various target audiences
Implementing the HD Strategic Plan
Provide presentation support to Office leadership to include message intent, developing targeted/tailored graphical concept and designs
Preparing and supporting the development of Town Halls including preparing answers to questions posed at the Town Halls.
Use written and verbal skills to create a wide range of product and corporate communication material.

Bachelor Degree in Public Relations or Communication
At least 12 months demonstrated experienced with Sharepoint, updating web content and using electronic publishing applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop Illustrator or Adobe Pro
At least 12 months demonstrated experience using APA style writing and editing
At least 12 months demonstrated experience planning and executing senior leaders (General/Flag Officer, SES or corporate equivalent) speaking events and crafting Q&A responses
At least 48 months demonstrated experience in communications strategy development
