DOE Requires planning, policy and business resource managers focused in human capital to assist Manpower Support (DOEMF) to quantitatively and qualitatively improve participation in the Volunteer Deployment Program (NVDT). The position will assist /DOE in implementing strategies designed to inform, engage and influence employees to deploy. Requirements include, but are not limited to:
The Contractor shall assist and communicate with all recruiters and schedules on the team in order to meet deployment requirements
Coordinate and engage in NVDT recruitment activities
Utilize knowledge of deployed operations to assist DOE in evaluating deployment requirements and provide recommendations to efficiently place deployers and fill gaps
Maintain a list of contacts and solicit contacts for deployment opportunities
Respond to customer request in a timely manner and work all issues until properly resolved
Keep DOE leadership apprised of customer support issues and conflicts
Analyze OCONUS GEOING requirements to determine required critical skills and work with deployed leadership to create and edit position descriptions that accurately reflect the customer requirements
Prepare a weekly informal/decision briefing to help the Government select personnel to deploy
Maintain strong lines of communication with deployed leadership teams
Coordinate between DOE, directorates, deployers and COCOMS on issues impacting expeditionary operations
Provide deployer manpower statistics for to develop future planning/funding
Manage the NVDT deployment database/schedule
