Overall Assignment Description:
Collaborates with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence (multi-INT), multi-source strategies to address intelligence problems. This includes the creation of tasking and dissemination requirements; adjudicate requirements; analyze and investigate collection performance; assess and report on end-to-end system performance data; and advise customers in support of the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG).
Duties include:
The contractor shall have a solid foundation in analysis and research with a working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing and/or international issues preferred. The successful candidate will develop advanced collection strategies, build and maintain professional relationships with other offices and external partners, and brief senior level leaders when required. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to apply new methods and technologies to solve intelligence problems. Create tradecraft and training documentation/CONOPS to support the mission.
The Government serves the information needs of the intelligence, defense, and foreign policy communities and provides leadership on substantive issues, operations, tradecraft development, analytical tools and techniques to its partners and customers worldwide. The contractor shall create, collect and broker authoritative content and services based on an intimate knowledge of customer needs and powered by their unique command of the supplier market, unparalleled tradecraft expertise, and cutting-edge technology to support national security priorities. The contractor shall develop and apply methods to collect, analyze, and visualize large volumes of data to address complex intelligence challenges and identify trends, solve analytical problems, optimize performance, and gather intelligence through data mining and retrieval. They establish brokering services that return value-driven solutions to customers from diverse supplier markets, lead modernization and innovation to create authoritative content and deliver content and services to customers when, where and how they need it.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Required
Demonstrated experience with research and analysis preferably imagery analysis, including use of critical thinking skills and/or data analytics designed to address international problems of national concern.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to develop and present briefings to meet the need of various audiences.
Bachelor, Masters or PhD in English, Education or related Technical Field and 11-14 years of related experience. For every one (1) year of education required, two (2) years of relevant work experience is considered the equivalent. The limit for use of this equivalency measure is one degree.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Desired
Experience working as part of a DoD or team with demonstrated high quality results or output.
Personal flexibility and adaptability for shifts/changes in crisis situations enabling the successful handling of unforeseen challenges inherent to working in a high-visibility environment; willing to work on 24/7 team (shift work).
Experience or familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Geospatial-based credentials (STEM academic degrees, certifications, and certificates) are desired.
Experience applying intelligence sources to solve problems and issues.
Experience in modeling or manipulation of large data sets (Data Modeling (JEMA), Python, and other IT applications supporting ).
Experience in programming and/or automation (C+, R).
Proven ability to create tradecraft and training documentation/CONOPS to support the mission.
