Client requires a strategic communications and IT planning expert to support the Front Office with developing an IT strategic plan and communications strategy for Client enterprise tools development, integration, and deployment. Responsibilities include Developing a strategic plans that outlines future capabilities and high level dependencies Creating reports, marketing material, and briefings that easily and succinctly describe the highly complex program and its future plans Developing regular status reporting for leadership to share with senior executives across the Client's partners Developing mechanisms to communicate technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders Assisting Client managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement the strategic plans The resource will work with the Front Office and teams to develop a mission-focused strategic plan for Client tools and services roll out, including plans for cloud-based services and tools. Additionally, the resource will work with Client stakeholders to validate and document mission expectations and develop stakeholder status reports. The resource will be responsible for developing progress reports and marketing material to communicate the mission and progress of the overall activities for the Client and other senior executives. The resource may also be required to perform a myriad of functions to complete deliverables and finished products, to include developing customer surveys and reports, preparing materials for external briefings, researching cloud services, engaging in customer outreach, and developing specific marketing materials to announce new capabilities and resulting mission impact to senior executive staff.



OPTIONAL SKILLS: 1. Master's Degree in a business discipline
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
3. Minimum 5 years demonstrated on-the-job experience developing communications material for the Client and Client's partners
4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with multiple vendors
5. Demonstrated on-the job experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel
6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience transitioning nascent Client capabilities to mainstream service-level programs
