MANDATORY SKILLS: Must have a strong working knowledge of signals processing processes and procedures.
Have prior experience developing course content, training materials, determining appropriate methodologies, and coordinating the scheduling with the customer.
Experience creating, revising, and updating documentation and training as the necessary to maintain technical content.
Be able to provide on-the-job training, classroom presentations, briefings, and create training materials within ISD standards.
Have prior experience working directly with project developers and/or subject matter experts to create technical documentation and training.
Familiarity with the basic principles of installation procedures, processing equipment, and collection system functionality.
Working knowledge of various training and documentation software tools, to include Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Must possess the willingness to learn and use alternative development tools.
Possess the ability to grasp technical concepts at a high level, as well understand, explain, and document system intricacies.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Video production experience
Experience with Camtasia 8
