Candidate must be capable of working in a fast paced, agile environment, where priorities and requirements change often. Candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and maintaining technical and non-technical documentation, spreadsheets and presentations in support of the Government customer. Candidate will work with systems engineers, testers, software developers, trainers, and other program personnel to gather pertinent information and format it into useable materials. Candidate will independently edit all final documentation for usability, readability, logical flow, and technical accuracy and incorporate review comments and corrections into existing documentation. Candidate will create and give presentations to users based on technical documentation s/he creates. Candidate will assist Helpdesk team members with understanding new tool functionality. Candidate may serve as a product expert for all tools and answer advanced technical questions from both users and Helpdesk team members.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Minimum five years of technical writing experience preparing manuals, documents, reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences including senior management.
In-Depth experience in effectively creating and editing technical publications to include writing, editing, and illustrations.
Experience in effectively creating/editing technical publications to include writing, editing and illustration. Also, designs, storyboards, etc.)
Perform spot edits as needed throughout each Spin
Strong written and verbal skills.
Experience using JIRA and Confluence
Fluent in using Adobe and Microsoft tools suites.
Three years experience with an intelligence agency of signals processing related experience.
Demonstration proficiency in the fundamentals of writing and editing, and the ability to produce a variety of written material.
Familiarity with DoD classification standards.
Ability to work by themselves and with others.
Proactive, problem-solver.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Ability to create detailed dataflow diagrams and graphics.
Ability to create videos to train workforce on tool.
Ability to act as go to with in-depth knowledge of program
Knowledge of Section 508 stands and familiarity with 508-testing procedures.
