The customer is seeking an expert project integrator to provide shared support across the front office and to specific projects within the group as the services relate to requirements analysis, transition planning, and technology insertion efforts.
Focus of the work will be on business process analysis with knowledge to be drawn from Project Management integration experiences.
Specifically, the resource will work with the front office of the customer Group to ensure business processes are efficient, effective, and well documented on the Groups site.
This work will require analyzing current processes, making recommendations for modifications, documenting the processes, briefing the Front Office team and then the rest of the office on the changes, and finally, following up to ensure processes are being maintained. Integration of the processes will also entail collaborating with Project Managers across the organization to understand and document how the Client Project Management methodologies.
Investigative discussions with customers may also be necessary. Candidate will attend all FO meetings and may be required to perform other FO duties (such as action tracking, backup administrative support) as necessary.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Knowledge of a Requirements Tracking/Action Tracking tool and its feature set.
Familiarity with Client Access Control policies and procedures as it relates to project integration.
Knowledge of Client processes and procedures for applicability within a medium-sized Front Office environment.
