TS has a requirement to fill a Sr/Mid System Administrator role for a rotating shift in support of the NCTOC Operations floor. This position will be staffed as a SME-Mid, and will be eligible for a 10% shift differential premium on hours worked between 6:00 pm 6:00 am. We are seeking individuals that have prior operations floor experience. Please use the SME-Mid template when submitting candidates for this position and be certain to include the candidates full, detailed SA skills and customer/operations floor experience to address the domain expertise requirement of SME-Mid template.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Mid System Administrator to support the NCTOC Operations floor. Demonstrated proficiency administering Linux Operating Systems, VMWare, and Windows Operating Systems. Strong understanding of account administration, Active Directory, file sharing, and other common administrative activities. Candidates must have experience with Customer Service and have experience using common monitoring tools and Help Desk ticket systems experience is desired. The candidate must be willing to work in a mission critical essential position supporting 24x7 continuous operations.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Experience using power shell scripting, working knowledge of Niagara Files and DDS. Experience with CentOS, Openstack, and the Zabbix monitoring tool.
