As part of an established organization, the candidate will be responsible for the implementation of standard processes, tools and program planning & control practices. The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule to meet all program objectives.
Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Candidate must have a complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards; full knowledge of industry practices, and be able to independently demonstrate the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks.
The candidate must have demonstrated ability to write schedule portions of system engineering documentation and be able to deliver technical presentations.
The candidate must be results oriented, self-motivated and an effective communicator.

MANDATORY SKILLS: Two (2) years experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required.
Minimum Two (2) years of experience creating, maintaining, and tracking integrated master project schedules for programs that exceed $5M a year in cost using Microsoft Project 2013 (or later), including identifying the critical path, resource loading, project linking, and cost/schedule integration.
The candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of the DoD Systems Engineering process in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, system documentation, system evaluation, and process execution and evaluation.
Candidate must have a solid understanding of scheduling best practices per PMI or ANSI.
Minimum one (1) year of experience creating, maintaining, and tracking earned value using project management tools.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Experience with OnePager reporting tools
