Work with team lead to translate needs into technical requirements and build a key product for a core mission thread. Work with stakeholders to understand and implement system components. Participate as a member of the SCRUM team performing design and development as well as integration, test, and deployment.

MANDATORY SKILLS: 14+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer
3+ years of experience using SPLUNK
Working with stakeholders to translate mission knowledge into technical requirements for product development.
Create technical requirements to identify, gather, and integrate disparate sources into a complete operational picture.
Decompose, allocate, and prioritize technical requirements.
Create user specified dashboards, drill downs, and reports using kibana.
Knowledge of full software development lifecycle including: design, implementation, testing, installation, configuration, and upgrading.
Good communication and documentation skills.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: Experience with virtualization
Experience with Streaming Analytics
Experience with Jira/Confluence Suite
Domain knowledge of Mission Management data is a plus
Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience with Grafana
Experience with ELK
