The candidate will interface directly with the customer, development teams and leadership to support the modernization of the projects within this portfolio. The candidate will provide support in re-designing existing UX platforms and as new products are developed, the candidate will support the design of new GUI interfaces. Additionally, the candidate will lead usability studies to better understand the user workflow and recommend changes based upon study findings. Furthermore, the UX engineer will support the creation of training modules to further engage users in leveraging the functionality across the GUIs for each project.
